Regarding the publication of results for the entrance examination of the Diploma/Certificate level (Free Scholarship) student seats.

According to the Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, and the notice published on 2081/03/21, results for the entrance examination for the Diploma/Certificate level (Free Scholarship) have been published by the Madhesh Province Office of CTEVT for the academic year 2081/82. Results can be checked by those candidates who have appeared in the entrance examination and distribution-related entrance test for the program’s examination. The notice for the published results and further instructions will be published according to the working procedures and guidelines issued in 2065.
Candidates who have been selected for enrollment based on the main examination result can submit their completed admission form with a photograph, academic certificate, citizenship or birth certificate, and any other required documents to the council’s specified educational institutions. Enrollment must be completed as per the schedule provided.
The candidates selected based on the reservation quota must fill the enrollment forms as per the form mentioned in the respective guidelines and submit them within the given time frame to the address provided.

Dear Sir/Madam,
In reference to the above-mentioned subject, according to letter no. 42 dated 2081/04/11 of the Council and as per the Council’s mandate, the team designated for publishing the results of the entrance examination for classified (free scholarship) students of Diploma/Certificate level under Madhesh Province is hereby requested to collaborate with the Council’s Examination Controller’s Office for the publication of the results.
Following the provided guidelines and the parameters set for the Diploma/Certificate level entrance exam, scholarship distribution, and admission procedures, the team is requested to prepare for the publication of results on 2081/04/25, as per the mentioned guidelines.

Notice of Result Announcement for the Entrance Examination Related to the Scholarship for Diploma and Certificate Level Programs (Free of Cost)

As per the notice published on 2081/03/15 by the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council, Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, the entrance examination for the diploma and certificate level programs in Nursing and Pharmacy was conducted on 2081/04/12 at 8:00 AM.
The examination was conducted as per the “Directive for the Conduct of Diploma and Certificate Level Entrance Examination, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission for the Year 2081”. The results, including the total marks obtained in the entrance examination and SLC/SEE academic certificate, were used to publish the merit list of successful candidates based on the allocated quota.
The main candidates who have been selected and recommended for admission are requested to appear with their entrance permit, result certificate, academic certificates, citizenship or birth certificate, selection letter from the concerned council, and a photograph at the designated educational institution by 2081/04/32 during office hours. The concerned educational institution is requested to verify the certificates and documents submitted by the candidates as per the guidelines mentioned in the notice and the directives.
If the selected candidates fail to appear for admission within the specified deadline, the information should be communicated to the Koshi Province Office of the Council via email at ctevt.koshi@gmail.com within three days as per Directive 26(b).

How to Check CTEVT Exam Center -2081
Sanima Bank Scholarship for 11 and 12 for year-2081 and 2081 for SEE passed student of year-2080
Sanima Bank will provide scholarships to 2-2 students from each of its branches located outside the Kathmandu Valley for the year 2080/81. This scholarship will support students to pursue higher education in Any subject in academic institutions, covering tuition fees and other academic expenses. Additionally, the bank will provide a monthly stipend of NPR 2,000 for educational materials. This scholarship is for students studying in grades 11 and 12 who have passed their S.E.E. exams in 2080 from community/public schools and belong to economically disadvantaged families.
The scholarship will cover up to NPR 50,000 per student per year, including a monthly stipend of NPR 2,000.
Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship:
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the location where the branch is situated.
- The applicant must be from an economically disadvantaged and marginalized family.
- The applicant must have passed the S.E.E. exam on the first attempt after studying continuously for at least three years at the same government/community school where they are currently enrolled.
- The applicant must pursue higher education in any subject/stream available in the academic institutions and courses listed by the bank.
- The scholarship will only be granted after the student is enrolled in the academic institution for the subject they intend to study.
- The applicant must be a regular student/scholar.
- The applicant must have a recommendation from the local ward office confirming their economic status and the inclusion of their family’s name in the list of disadvantaged families.
- The scholarship will cover the academic institution’s tuition fees.
- The applicant should not have received any other scholarship.
- The scholarship application form is available for free from the respective branch of Sanima Bank.
- Required documents to be submitted with the application form:
- A copy of the passport-sized photograph
- S.E.E. mark sheet and character certificate
- A recommendation letter from the local government/community school where the student studied for the last three years
- Citizenship certificates of the father and mother
- The deadline for submitting the application form is Shrawan 32, 2081, during office hours.
